Using two ATEM Mini Pros through one OBS

I'm running an event with an indoor and outdoor venue and we need to stream through one source. I was thinking of routing ATEM Mini Pros through my laptop, but wasn't sure if the signal would degrade, what cables to get to support this mission, what other equipment and software options were out there, etc.

What kind of rig would you build?
