Question / Help Using Syphon - help

Hello, I'm not sure if anyone here would respond, but hopefully so. When I was using display capture earlier, I was lagging horribly, and now when I got Game Capture Syphon to work for Rocket League by injecting Rocket League it worked. However, now I want to try it for Fortnite, but it isn't working when I inject it. Also, when I try window mode for it, the fps is very low, and I've tried everything and nothing has worked for it. Any help?

Windowed mode just performs badly and Syphon doesn't work for everything.

So what can I do so the recording isn't so low quality?

Display capture. If that's lagging then you're probably trying to capture on hardware that isn't up to the job, or your resolution and FPS settings are higher than your machine can sustain while also running the game you're trying to capture.
