Question / Help Using SLi for gaming/obs

Hello!
I wonder if theres anyone who know if its possible to divide the cards when i have sli to make one useful for OBS and the other for CSGO, also if theres anyway i can divide threads/cores also on my CPU to make it better.

My setup is following:
CPU: i7 7700k 4.2GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU 1: MSi GTX 1080 X 1080
GPU 2: MSi GTX 1080 X 1080

No it's not.
SLI complicates streaming and reduces performance of the video card that OBS runs on.
