Question / Help Using Realtek Audio, Can't output audio to headphones if streaming it.

I am using windows 8 and my computer came with realtek audio. How would I be able to play my ingame audio so that OBS picks it up and streams it but also have the ability to hear it through headphones. I was able to get OBS to pick up the sound from the game but then I couldnt hear sound through my headphones.
