Question / Help Using other private video feeds as video sources

We are looking to put an online conference with some of our speakers joining our virtual stage from the comfort of their home. We are wondering if we can capture video feeds from our speakers and then retransmitting it to our desired platform.

Our speakers might be using a private facebook live, or a 1 to 1 messenger video call, zoom and microsoft teams to join us. The requirement is basically recommending a medium for our speakers to private stream to us and then we can select which speaker to put on air.

Any hint or direction would be more than welcomed. Thanks!

I build myself solution, webinary with chatroom (quest send text, moderated mode or not), user hand up for video connection (or blocked video), Video connection received on Admin webpage (the same connection sended to OBS).
OBS mix all video and stream to all quest.
