Question / Help Using OBS to Streamup have a problem

Hi all:
I am using obs to streamup(https://streamup.com).I have a problem,please help me to solve this.
When I start stream,the label at the right-bottom corner had started.The live time,fps and kb/s are running and obs didn't show any error message.But I open my streamup page in the browser it still show offline.

I hope anyone can help me.Thank you very much. If you need more information please let me know.

17:22:58: librtmp error: origin.streamuplive.com/app is offline. Try a different server (10061).

Looks like a problem on their end of things.

Their streaming URL is rtmp://origin.streamuplive.com/app. I've yet to get it to work with OBS. I've emailed them to see if they know what's happening.

My streaming URL is correct.
I had send e-mail to streamup support team one month ago but I didn't recived any reply from support team.
I am very disappointed to streamup support team and I give up to use OBS with streamup.
