Using OBS Scene Projector as a Transparent, Non-Clickable Overlay on Desktop

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up some overlays (like alerts or custom effects) to display directly on my desktop, even while gaming, so I can see when viewers send me something (e.g., alerts or channel point redemptions). I only have one monitor, so I need a solution that works without a second screen. I haven't found a perfect solution yet, but I noticed OBS has the Scene/Source Projector feature, which seems promising.
Is it possible to make the OBS Scene Projector (preferably Windowed Projector) transparent (so black/empty areas where there are no sources are see-through) and non-clickable (so clicks pass through to the desktop or game)? This would perfectly meet my needs, as I could project my overlay scene on top of my desktop without it interfering with mouse interactions.
