Question / Help Using OBS for CAD program recording

So I'm recording model designing in 123d and for the most part it works fine except it isn't showing the drop down menus or side bar I've included a screen shot. Side note I use dual screen monitors. Is there a way to fix this so the menu drop downs and bars show? I should add that error messages inside the program that display for me don't record either they usually appear below the menu as a red message not a box outside that limit. Right is the recording Left display.

I had a similar problem with my CAD program where the right side edit menus didn't show.
I know this me not be much help but it just seemed to fix itself and it worked fine after that.
I only tried it twice.

If you're doing Game Capture, you may need to be Window Capture since a lot of CAD programs float windows that can be moved off-screen and are considered separate processes. Be aware, Window Capture is a last resort, as it is more resource intensive. It may suffice for simple CAD, but one you up your polygon count, you may notice a performance hit while rendering on the fly.

Rather new to this but just finished setting up OBS Studio for 3D Architecture Software and if you want to see everything that happens on your screen you need to use "Display Capture".
Sorry but I have not figured out what to do about screen 2 or 3 yet.
