Using OBS and a VPN

Hello,

I am trying to stream while using a VPN for my protection but whenever I am connected to NordVPN my chat inside of obs is constantly reconnecting and I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. I have fixed it while on twitch in a web browser by having the chrome extension but it doesn't solve the issues outside of chrome. Does anyone have any work arounds for this?

all I can advise
Open the twitch chat in a new window, copy its address. Create a new "custom browser docks" in OBS and copy the address there
