Question / Help Using HD PVR Rocket for PS2 has no audio coming in.

So I've been trying for SEVERAL months to get PS2 working properly on OBS Studio, and it was all mostly through component. Basically I learned, if Hauppauge Capture can't recognize the signal, then OBS won't either. So I tried switching to composite and huzzah, PS2 shows up on OBS Studio! However, there is no audio coming in, despite that there was on Hauppauge Capture. I tried looking at suggestions from others with the WaveOut option, but doing that actually causes the capture card to stop functioning, meaning I'd have to keep it at Capture Audio only. Is there any suggestion for how to possibly get this working?

Having the exact same issue, also with PS2 and a Hauppage HD PVR Rocket. I'd greatly appreciate if someone could help.

If you have one of those "RCA female to mini-jack male" adapters (stereo), use that, and run it directly into your line-in port of your PC. Add that as a AUX/Mic device and do the monitoring thing to that.
