Using GPU causes lag when recording

Hey All,

Latest log attached.

I built a new PC, tested live at 4k at almost max settings and recording, streaming, webcam were sweet. Very happy.

Over a few days, I had some photo shoots and was shooting the new super moon. I came back and windows had updated. Went to go live and it was laggy. Stats don't show lost frames, it's just laggy, choppy, or whatever the word is.

If I place on CPU encoder it's not as bad.

Interestingly if I go to task manager, It shows 23% GPU use, but when I hit record, it shows 6% :)

WEIRD! :)

Maxquality stream,record and virtual cam while running photoshop and no lag. Nothing.

WTF but ok,I don'tneed to understand.
