Ok to begin my I've tried streaming with my 2 GTX 770'S my stream keeps getting FPS problems and if i got 30 fps the stream quality just sucks. I also have a 8350 amd processor. I was thinking to stream high quality no lag to get a Elgato Gaming Capture HD60 for PC. Will it help to use a elgato for pc streaming and using obs also with it can it work?
