Question / Help Using dedicated graphics or integrated?

So I have a laptop with both dedicated graphics and integrated graphics. What would you all recommend using for better performance? Sometimes I want to capture my monitor but sometimes I want to capture a game. Is the performance better running OBS with dedicated or integrated graphics? Or is there a difference?
