Using canon hf800 I have camcorder set in "clean mode) Video from there is clean but I can't find mode on OBS to get rid of the OBS writing on the screen. I do not see the canon information on my pc screen, only obs information. Searched forums and didn't find answer. Please help. very small church in country with very limited funds.

don't have immediate access to camera but I wrote a bad description. I connect the cannon through a video capture device, it works great. I see my video on OBS on my computer but in addition to the camera video I see OBS information, basically what you see on the cannon vcr if you don't have it set for clean output. I don't want my viewers to see this OBS information, settings etc. I think

Can you post a screenshot of the issue? OBS doesn't add any writing, unless you add it as a text source or the like.
We can't really troubleshoot from a vague description, I'm sorry to say, and need an actual example (and preferably a logfile too) to be able to help.
