After quite a few attempts, I finally managed to use the SRT output over the local network to receive a video stream in OBS with acceptable latency.
I made a short demo video (with English subtitles) to show how it’s done.
If anyone has other suggestions for improvement, I’m all ears!
I also noticed that if I disable the audio, I can achieve latency under 100 milliseconds.
