So I want to use my gaming laptop as streaming PC for my main gaming rig.
Reason: My main rig cpu is going, so I want to leave the stress of streaming to my newer laptop.

Intel i7-3630QM(2.4 - 3.4 GHz) -
NV GT 650M 2G DDR3 VRAM -
8192MB(4096MBX2) DDR3 1600 -
750GB 7200rpm HHD
I know I have to get a cap card but I want to know some things before I jump in.
Like: Will my laptop be able to stream games for 4/6 hours(plugged in of course) without crashing,lagging,or glitching?
What bitrate can I get away with on twitch?
What will my setup be for the audio and twitchalerts?
Is it better to stream in lower quality and just stream on my rig instead?
Will I be able to record and stream with my laptop?
Can I record in 1080p and stream 720?
What capture card should I get?
Would it be better to get a another graphics card?
What other setting I can use to my streaming less cpu, yet better stream?
Whats setting for 720p on twitch should I use?
Any good cheap cap cards that work with obs mutiplatform?
