Question / Help Using 4g lte to live stream

So I have terrible internet upload speeds but perfect 4g lte connection at my house, and I was wondering if I can use my phones 4g to play online and live stream? Data usage isn't an issue but I do have a galaxy s4.

Yes it's possible, but you will probably have to stream in pretty low quality. No harm in trying it.
