I'm using all of the recommended settings.
The estimator recommends me using highest settings with a 3000 bit rate, but I set it to 2000 as to keep watchability good.
Using 1080p, encoded down to 720p.
Frame Rate set as 30
The problem is such: The frame rate of OBS dips below 30 randomly, causing little lag spikes.
I went to Task Manager, total CPU usage is about 30%, OBS is using 20%.
Using an NVidia GTX 970 and Intel i7 4770k, so that shouldn't be a problem.
Here's a log file if it helps...

EDIT: I tried all 3 encoding options (Quick Sync. x264, NVENC) and though CPU usage went down, there was no difference in Frame Rate issues
