Question / Help Using 2 internet providers to avoid internet problems during stream

Hello Everyone

I have 2 different internet providers, because sometimes they just disconnect during the stream.

I don´t want to bind my OBS to one internet, I want to use both, so if mid stream the internet is off, the OBS/computer just keep using the other one.

How Can I do that? just plugging the 2 to the PC are ok? or I need a second step?

Keep in mind that even if you manage to have 2 internet providers available, a streaming session always works with one connection. If that connection fails due to provider failure, the stream has to be restarted to go through the other provider. This manual stream restart cannot be avoided.

You need a router that provides a feature called Hot Standby Router or sometimes "hot failover". It is not a usual consumer feature.
