User Interface Problem

at the bottom of the scene and source selection boxes there was a plus sign , a minus sign and so on. They've gone , on my laptop, how do i get them back? I know I can use the up and down arrow function to arrange the scenes and sources but I cant add anything.
Please, HELP !

Is your OBS window resized larger than your desktop area? If so, maximize OBS.

If you've moved docks around and things have broken that way, go to View -> Docks -> Reset UI.
