Random Switcher Operator

Dear Developers,
I have this simple yet useful idea. Here's the thing: I use keys 1-0 on the keyboard to switch scenes (like a real switcher). But when I'm typing something on OBS that needs a number character, it switches to the assigned scene while I'm typing. That's why I want OBS to have a function that disables hotkeys when typing so that accidental hotkey triggers don't happen.
