Question / Help "Use Output Format" list does not contain mjpeg

I reinstalled ffdshow and obs project, made sure mjpeg encoder and decoder are set to libavcodec, and still the only 2 options are rgb24 and i420...

I even tried reinstalling my operating system (wow that took a while) but still no dice, what am I doing wrong?
