Question / Help "Use Buffering" does NOT WORK for webcam

I'm using a Mac and running OBS in bootcamp to stream. I have my the mic delayed by 1500ms and it syncs perfectly with the gameplay. But the webcam is a little ahead of my voice and the game. I tried using the "Use Buffer" method to delay the webcam and it absolutely does not work and i'm starting to get frustrated.

Is there another way to delay the webcam or am I overlooking something. I'm in the 'Video' section of the added facecam device and no matter how much I delay the webcam nothing happens I still have the same problem.

"use buffer" is the defacto method of forcing video/audio sync and delay for devices. Here is my suggestion: disable the mic in audio settings, enable it on the webcam (and I don't mean the webcam mic, I mean whatever mic you're using, you can attach any audio device to the webcam in its properties), then set "use buffering" to whatever value on your webcam to sync it up with your device (presumably an elgato I'm guessing)
