Question / Help Use a secondary GPU for encoding livestream

Is it possible to have a secondary GPU do the video encoding for a livestream while the primary gpu runs the game? I’m gonna be using a Nvidia gtx 1060 as the primary gaming gpu and a Nvidia Tesla card to handle the encoding so I don’t have any frame drops in game (I got a 144 hz monitor and I want 144 fps in every game if possible that’s why I’m asking). Is this possible in OBS Cause I don’t want to mess with making another dedicated pc just to encode the livestream

Most frames drops are not coming from the NVENC encoder.
A second video card will not help, as long as the scene rendering is done by the main GPU anyway.
Easier solutions: Use a capped frame-rate, that the system can handle without full GPU load or built a dedicated 2nd computer for streaming.
