First time poster here so give me a little slack please. I recently purchased a TCRAYCH USB Audio Video Converter. My purpose is to convert VHS tapes to my computer. Later I will convert them to most likely Mp4 on DVD. Anyway, was there keycode to enter for my USB device will work? I didn't see it on any of the packaging. Is this code necessary to have the USB work because I cannot connect to my computer for it to work as a source. Please advise any help

Was there any associated software that needed to be installed The Key is likely on the CD Though the device itself should show up as a video capture device
