USB video capture device not showing in OBS Studio video device

the usb devices works on desktop pc, but plugged into the laptop, both of my usb video devices, will not show up in OBS studio.
devices are showing up in device manager, have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS multiple times on the laptop, it just will not show up.
the laptop has a Ryzen 7 5800 cpu, desktop is a intel I7, that shouldnt really have any issue, but thought id mention, just in case.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

also, the laptop is running windows 11, not seeing the device. and the desktop is running windows 10, were i can see either of the 2 usb video capture devices in OBS,

Have resolved the issue, it was due to camera being disable on my laptop. enabled camera and it has appeared and working now.
