USB video and legato capture card error code

Ever since the new update I’ve been getting this error code

"fatal: No JPEG data found in image, ERROR DECODING VIDEO​


And there is literally nothing wrong with my pic, I just finished recording a video a few hours earlier and this out of nowhere this pops up in my log report. How do fix this? I do podcasts and I’m in a pinch right now.
