I'd check some things in the setup of your audio devices in windows.

Check that playthrough and mic monitoring are off. (That wouldn't put desktop audio through your mic, it'd put your mic through desktop audio, but let's check everything)

Any other audio applications running while OBS is? Chat programs, Discord, something like that?

Is this device your headphones? Is this the device set as the default output in Windows?

My usb 2 audio device are my headphones which i listen to my audio but it's not my mic, i have an extrenal mic usb one and it's set to default . these are my sound devices

That seems correct.

I do not see a reason for your issue, but you do not appear to have misconfigured OBS.

Are your headphones and microphone positioned closely enough that sound from the headphones could be picked up by the microphone?

Does desktop audio work properly if you disconnect the microphone, or mute it?

if i disconnect my mic it comes through my monitor and my headset is muted anyway as it's not being used for speaking only my main usb mic

If you disconnect your microphone, what comes through your monitor?

Not asking about your headset-- are you using headphones, or a headset? I'm asking if your USB microphone is in close physical proximity to your headphones, such that audio from the headphones can be heard by the microphone.

if i disconnect my usb mic my mic/aux goes off no sound and my mic is on top of my desk where as my pc is below and my pc is really quiet when idle. Also i dont understand how my mic can pick up noised from my headphones?

Since your problem as stated is that computer default audio plays on both your desktop audio AND your microphone, does it STILL do that when you mute or disconnect that microphone? That's what I'm trying to get at.

Because if the problem is how you've set up your windows devices or OBS, then it's possible that system audio will get routed to your microphone device even if that device is not actually receiving sound.

If it doesn't do that, then the idea would be that your microphone is hearing the sound in the room-- either from speakers, if you had them on, or even from headphones if the headphones are loud enough and you've put gain on the microphone high enough to hear the headphones. This can be true with open air headphones that are playing loudly, and with a microphone that is positioned close enough to your face to also pick up your headphones.
