Question / Help usb headset mic disconnects roughly 1-2 times per hour while live, can only be fixed by unplugging and replugging it

Before you say it, yes, I think this is (at least possibly) connected to OBS. I have encountered the issue on 2 separate headsets, I have updated all drivers, I tried different USB ports as well as checked if it could be that I just have too many things connected via usb and if it therefore could be a powerdrain so I unplugged all nonessential usb things. I even had a friend remotely look at the windows logs (which are empty, windows doesnt detect any problem seemingly) and most importantly I only managed to reproduce the problem offstream once, while talking to somebody via voicechat on discord. Otherwise the mic always stayed connected until I go live. When I do, within an hour the muting starts. Then I have to realize Im muted and unplug and replug my headset to fix it.

Heres the last log, we discovered that there was a windows update I hadnt done (the big one that doesnt ask you about it everytime you reboot your pc but like only once or twice a year as I had been told) and then afterwards when I went live again it seemed like it was going fine for almost an hour, then the issue reoccured.

I originally didnt post here and first tried to exploit all other possibilities because Im aware of how long techsupport can sometimes take and I would ideally have liked to fix it myself and already be live again tonight instead of having to wait for somebody else to respond with another suggestion of "could it be that you didnt update your drivers" but Im really at the end of my wit here. I have no idea what it even could be at this point, if its not OBS related. My PC is running smooth and without problems and has been for 4 years, I cant just buy a new machine that is working flawlessly except for this little issue. But I can absolutely not stream like this either, please help me.

I will probably be F5ing this for teh rest of the day >.<
