I downloaded OBS last week to begin live streaming on YouTube. I was able to get the basic stream happening but not the audio that I wanted. I have a MOTU 4pre that I connect to my iMac via USB. I use this setup for recording in Digital Performer.
My OBS audio settings are:
Sample Rate: 44.1khz
Channels: Stereo
Desktop Audio Device: Disabled (No other options are available)
Desktop Audio Device 2: Disabled (No other options are available)
Mic/Auxiliary Device: MOTU 4pre
Mic/Auxiliary Device 2: Disabled
Mic/Auxiliary Device 3: Disabled
I click Apply and OK but when I go back to the OBS main window I don't see nor hear any audio signal. If I change the setup to use the Built-In mic I can see and hear the signal properly.
Doe anyone know how to get my USB interface to work with OBS?
Thanks,
Jim
