Hi,
I use OBS Studio to record youtube videos. I am using a surface to record. I just recorded a 30 minute video, and in my file viewer it only appears as twelve minutes. About halfway through my recording my CPU spiked (up to about 70%), but then lowered. Even in my recording, after about 30 SECONDS the video became laggy and with horrible quality. The video after recorded look like 1 frame per 10 SECONDS!

I would re-record the video, but I’m scared it will happen again and I’ll loose another 30 minutes of filming!
Also, all of my saptures on my surface pro do not fit the screen. (See screen shot)
As you can see there are black empty spaces on the edges. This is a new issue and only started recently.
Please help ASAP! I need to get a video out very soon!
