Urgent need for help on multi location stream

I am very new and not at all experienced in this. Need some urgent guidance please.

We need to make a live stream on Thursday. It will be for 2 people connecting (one is me on the Mac, hosting the event) to one stream and having a conversation.

Is this possible and if so, how? I bet there are a lot of posts here already about it but I am so not informed about this whole thing that I do not even know the right terminology to look for it. So, the assistance of fellow users will be highly appreciated!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Sorry, I meant what streaming service will you be using? e.g: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Facebook Live?

I don't know what unissu is. That link wants to open an app I don't have. :-(

If the event is hosted by a third party, it is probably best to ask them what they want.

I am on a Mac computer, will be streaming to an even by unissu. Would below info provided by them be of hint?

Streaming URL: rtmp://global-live.mux.com:5222/app

In OBS, click on Settings or open Preferences from the main app menu, then select Stream.
Change the service to Custom, then put that URL they gave you into the Server URL field.
They may have also given you a "key" or other identifier for your stream, which goes in the Stream Key field.

Here is the solution we have found.

- The platform accepts OBS stream support. So, no issues there.
- What I will do is, I will connect with my guest through Zoom.
- Then will share the Zoom window to OBS in full screen mode
- Will start streaming & recording
- Change to Zoom and conduct meeting there.

Tested and it seems to be working. Hopefully, the live connection to the stream point won't cause a break and problem solved!
