Question / Help Urgent! In stream my voice is coming out Twice.

when I speak into the microphone my voice in the stream coming out and then lowering it keeps repeating the sound. Can help me?

Was enabled but I've taken. Thanks for support. But now I solved the problem, i think it was the my stream on :x I test today and reported to me that the problem had stopped.
