URGENT: Desperate for Help

Dear to whomever can assist me with this vexing issue.

I am at my wits end with this problem I am so frustrated with OBS which is surprising because I have always been a long-time supporter of it. Despite all of my troubleshooting and googling and following official OBS support recommendations I am at my wits end. If this cannot be solved I am switching to OBS streamlabs which does not seem to be having the following issue.

For whatever reason after my apartment experienced a brief black out that resetted my PC my OBS will now for whatever reason despite having a 900 mbs per second download and 40 megabits upload speed & it being directly connected via the Ethernet will randomly disconnect and reconnect to stream. It doesn't matter whether it is on Twitch or Youtube it will always randomly disconnect and reconnect. Which on top of that what is more peculiar is that whenever it does this it will say it disconnected but end the stream despite me having enabled on Twitch the feature to keep the stream going for a minute while trying to reconnect and then after just mere seconds after disconnecting it will reconnect but start A WHOLE NEW STREAM despite a mere second passing by. I must make clear it does this over and and over and over and at random times. I have tried everything. I had the log analyzed and fixed everything that OBS said was a critical issue and a normal issue. I have tried to do whole new scenes from scratch. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling obs. I have tried to do the same for my LAN drivers, my internet drivers, and my motherboard's driver. I have also resetted the router and modem numerous times. All apps do not exhibit this behavior and ironically Streamlabs OBS the inferior version of this wonderful streaming app literally does not this issue. It is OBS but for the life of me I cannot figure out what the deal is. Please someone help me figure this out I am sick of it I love OBS but if it can't get it together I have to move on from it. Below are logs from the last two days of me trying to figure out the issue. Thanks

Updated tried a previous version of OBS (30.2.2) since it was from a month ago and OBS was working normal then and I only updated to 30.2.3 recently same issue BUT now it gave no notification when the stream disconnected and reconected and despite it being 10 second and having on Twitch disconnected stream continue enabled it made a whole new stream again twice in a row. Here is the log from that. I'm considering reinstalling windows to see if that some how fixes it but it's definitely OBS. Something happened after the quick power outage where for whatever reason OBS doesn't want to work properly anymore.

Update: I resolved the situation after doing multiple look-ups, deeply analyzing the log, etc. After refreshing my BIO and then having my modem reset it worked again and streamed like normal today. So don't know why the bios was needed to be refreshed as well and THEN resetting the modem via ISP again but here we are.

Sad Update: I was mistaken it didn't work same shit is happening I guess I just got lucky the day when I thought it was fixed. :( I think it really is an OBS problem. Sticking to Streamlabs until they can figure it out or someone has a solution

Make sure the plugins you're using are compatible with the version of OBS you have.
If you really need this plugins, reinstall the OBS version where it was working. If you don't need them, completely remove them.
