URGENT!!!!! Can't stop recording

I was screen recording an important video call session. But now i can't have the recorded video. after clicking on 'stop recording' it changed to 'stopping recording' and hans't changed since then.. its about 1 hr now... i tried closing other running programs, then i could see only 20 mins of the recorded video, i played and checked it... and closed the video again, but the size of that video is not increasing now...
this is very important to me.. please help.

OBS 0.16.2 is extremely outdated, update to v27. The recording is likely lost.
