I accidentally recorded my display capture in obs instead of my full-screen application, all I have is the audio and the paused screen of the game. Is there anything I can do to get the proper screen recording of the full-screen application back?
No. Whatever was recorded into the video file is it -- there's no hidden recording of all the sources that OBS was able to pull from once it leaves the program and becomes a series of frames that is encoded into a compressed video file.
