Question / Help upload twice as much as set

try got to Advanced and under Network uncheck both "New Networking Code" and "Low Latency Mode"
if this dosnt help contact your ISP

Make sure nothing else is using your connection too. OBS doesn't download much but your task manager shows a lot of download bandwidth being used by something.
