Question / Help Upload switching causing Lag?

Hello,
In OBS I set the Bitrate to 2400 and Puffer also 2400.
When my Stream is running in the bottom right corner is the square that displayes if the Upload is ok (green) or not (red).
So when I stream it is constantly switching between green and yellow every secound.

Recently my Viwers told me that the stream is lagging and I guess this is the reason.

Can someone tell me if this is normal or if I should change smth in my settings.

Try using the minimize network impact option. However as long as you aren't dropping frames, there should be no problem on your end.

I already use the minimize network option and I dont drop frames.
Mh... maybe it´s just twitch, who knows.
But anyways thanks for the quick answer!
