Question / Help Upload Speed for 720p

Hey :)

I have a question... I have a 35mb download and 4mb upload internet... (Look this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7pyyM4OyUs )

Normally, the download rate is 4,5mb/s, and the upload 400-680kb/s...

I can stream in HD, without lag? And what "Max Bitrate" and "Buffer Size" i need to set for this?

Just try it. If you drop frames are on the best server you can find, you'll know that you're using more than you can use. 2000 to 3500 is the bitrate range for 720p and 864p HD streams. I wouldn't advise 1080p, as flash can't really decode it efficiently.
