Hello guys,
so i came across a really strange problem that i can't fix myself and now i am looking for help here in the forum. I will try to explain what the title of this thread means. I have this problem that came out of nowhere, where my upload speed starts to drop very low when i start my stream which results in dropping frames of course. My usual upload speed is about 2.5 mbps and i stream with 2.0 mbps. I never had this problem before with obs and i can confirm that this only happens with obs. One of my friends wanted to watch me play a game through steam and i had the same settings in steam as in obs (quality and max upload speed) and it worked all fine when i was streaming it. My friend told me that he could watch me exactly with the same quality and without any dropped frames as he did days before on twitch. I looked up alot of things on the internet and i just can't find a solution myself.

Thanks so far!

OBS always creates logs. If there are no logs, then something on your PC is blocking OBS from being able to save them. Verify that you don't have any overly aggressive antivirus or antimalware software blocking OBS' normal function.

Without seeing logs, it's very difficult to say. However, dropped frames indicate a network/internet issue, not OBS. I would start by calling your ISP.

Steam likely doesn't report any connection issues, or just buffers and causes delay with them. The issue is almost certainly with your internet connection being unstable. I understand that it's frustrating, but there's not a whole lot that we can do about that. With no logs to go off to see if there are any other issues, this is the only advice I can give.

I am getting around 60% dropped frames of all of them in a large amount of time, and that was not the case in steam (my friend watched me like 20 mins and he didnt had any delay).
