Question / Help Upload Speed crashes intermittently

Hi, so I've been streaming to twitch for the past 2 years, went through multiple moves and am finally set up in my new home. Recently(past few months) I have been dropping upload speeds to 0 and completely disconnecting from OBS. I'm currently updated to the latest version (21.1,0) 64bit, Windows. Sometimes it reconnects, but most of the time, my modem will reset itself as if it had a bad signal. I've had my ISP out multiple times to check if anything was going on with their end, and they found nothing, and even gave me a new modem. I'm kinda at my wits end here. It's just odd to me because for months, I had zero problems with OBS in this house( been here for over a year) and now this is just within the past few months this happens. Sometimes I can stream for horus, and at other times, as soon as I start the stream, it gives me the red box with no upload speed. Please help! Here is my latest log of it happening (if i copy this wrong, please let me know. Thank you). I've also tried to run OBS as Admin to see if there was a problem there and also I use the New Networking code and I've tried low latency on and Off.

What you describe points to a bad internet connection. Not related to OBS. Do you have a cable connection? A common signal of a bad physical cable connection is the reboot of the cable modem - it does this after multiple line failures to make a complete reinitialization with the reboot.

I have the modem right next to my desk, I am using a wired connection, yes. Any ideas?
