Do you have an upload cap on your internet connection? If I upload a certain amount of data in a certain period of time, my upload speed gets reduced by 2/3. It sucks if I want to stream at high bitrate (6Mbps or so). If I stick to 3.5Mbps I won't reach the cap in the time so I am fine.

Is there any way of checking if I have an upload cap? And is it something that can be turned off, or is it set by my ISP?

Your upload is not shaped according to that test. (no shaper detected)
But your download is. (gets shaped to 3360KB)

Im not sure what to make of those results in your situation tho. Because it does sound like traffic shaping the way you have explained it.

*edit*
ah, i just had a good look at your log and i noticed dropped frames.
I would suggest to follow this post and see it it still happens:

Hi, if it's any additional use I used to stream at a bitrate of 1600kb/s but could only stream for around an hour and 20 minutes before the same thing happened.

With regards to the list of advice you posted, everything that is on there I have either already tried or is not relevant. Is there any other possible reasons or fixes?

That post basicly covers everything what could be wrong with your connection.
Perhaps someone else in your household also uses the connection or something?
