Question / Help Upload problems

Hi, im streaming for a while now, since today i got problems.

Stream is running with ~700 kbps upload, and then OBS says Connections problems and the Upload is 0kbps...
Had this never before and didnt change anything... Problems with twitch? Problems with OBS?
