Question / Help Upload is bouncy?!

Heyah!
As you can see by the title, my OBS is trippin.
As soon as I start streaming, my upload speed will just bounce around between 0 and 5000kb/s+
I stream at 3500kb/s on twitch which usually works without any problems what so ever.
Things I tried:
- Changing to every single EU Server
- Changed the TCP Window Option

It means your connection is unstable, though apparently not so unstable that you're dropping frames. Refer to https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ for troubleshooting.
