i would say at least a stable 6mbps.. although you might need more if other people are using the bandwidth aswell

yes if you mean megabits or mbps.. 8 megabytes however can do you several 1080p streams with no problem

Depends on the games you are planning to stream . If you stream something without much motion (Dota 2, Lol , Starcraft 2) then 3000 Kbs is definitely enough while Fps games need either a slower preset or a bitrate closer to 4000-4500 Kbps.
