So I've been dealing with my upload speed just bottoming out or fluctuating. I have an upload of 10 mbps and have my bitrate set to 6k in OBS. I've had it set at 6k for quite some time before the problem started. I'm generally just looking for some ideas that I may have looked over. I've tried using a new Ethernet cable as well as using a cat 6e (i think it is) and have now had roughly 10 techs from my ISP out that have done just about everything you can think of from trying different modem/router brands to running all new lines from inside to outside and from the outside box to the pole outside the house. So far nothings made a difference. Does anyone have any suggestions they could give me on just new things to try I'm kinda at a loss atm and its become really frustrating because at this point I just don't know if this is something on my end or if I am right to be holding my ISP responsible for the issues. The only thing I can't do atm is buy a third party router because they are far too expensive and I was fine without one before the issue began. Thank you in advance!
