Question / Help Upgraded to Windows 10, OBS recordings very choppy. PLEASE HELP!

So, i just upgraded to Windows 10 3 days ago and my recordings are very very very laggy. When i'm recording, the game runs at a perfect 60fps but when i preview the recording, the recording is at 10-20 fps. What is going on? PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Either your video cards card's pci-e mode or drivers are causing it to be unable to pull the frame from the card to the file in a timely fashion when recording at 60fps.

Does the problem persist when you use simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, software low cpu use encoder?

I've tried all of those and every solution on YouTube, but still no luck. I never had this problem on Windows 7, only Windows 10.
