Question / Help Upgraded to Windows 10 1809 video playback is black screen

Hi today i tried to record a video it was fine until i played it back it was all a black screen with sound
I am using an AMD R7 240 gpu and i'm on a desktop but the videos have a thumbnail so i don't know what to do i am capturing my desktop

Why do you have two display capture sources for one display?

I removed display capture 2 and it's still black

With the remaining source, press ctrl+r then ctrl+f with it selected in the source list

I'm sorry i don't know what you mean could you explain it more?
