Upgraded to OBS 30.0 OBS-NDI plugins fail to load even after updating plugins

I do see a compatibility list for OBS 28 but NOT OBS 30.0

Do as instructed or verify if the plugin was updated for OBS 30 and install this version.

Resolved by installing obs-ndi 4.13.0.
