Upgrade is constantly crashing

Tried upgrading last week to 26.1 and it started crashing immediately. Backed up to 26.0.2 and got it working again. This week, came in to stream and facebook wouldn't connect, it appears I have to be on 26.1 in order to connect, so I upgraded again, but it is still crashing. Crash file attached.

Updated Winsockets...
Updated BlackMagic...

Don't know what else to try... Please help...

So, I reinstalled 26.0.2, copied all of the Decklink plugin files, then installed the latest 26.1 and pasted over the old Decklink files. This stopped the crashing, I had to reset my decklink configuration in OBS, but I am up and running for the moment. Seems my CPU is much higher than normal, I used to run 50-60% and now am 70-80%. Framerate and all other metrics are much lower than normal, but at least I can get through the rest of this service.
